Today’s class is all about bold flavors and unforgettable comfort food. We’ll be making birria, a traditional Mexican stew known for its tender, slow-cooked meat infused with a deep, aromatic blend of chiles and spices. You’ll also learn how to turn that birria into mouth-watering "Quesabirrias" — crispy, cheesy tacos dipped and griddled to perfection. And of course, no birria experience is complete without its flavorful consomé, the rich broth served alongside for dipping or sipping.
