Today, we’re cooking one of Mexico’s most beloved and traditional dishes — Pozole. You’ll learn how to build layers of flavor and how to serve it the traditional way — topped with fresh garnishes like shredded lettuce, radishes, oregano, onion, lime, and tostadas on the side.
