In this hands-on class, we’ll be cooking Carnitas — tender, juicy pork slowly cooked to perfection — paired with traditional Mexican rice and creamy refried beans. Plus, you’ll learn how to make a fresh, flavorful green salsa from scratch to complement the meal.
We’ll walk through each step together, using simple techniques and authentic ingredients so you can easily recreate everything at home. By the end of the class, you’ll have a full Mexican dinner that's hearty, delicious, and perfect for sharing with family and friends!

Please keep in mind that class fees are non-refundable. If something comes up and you cancel at least 72 hours before the class, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another class. (Just a heads-up: there’s a 20% non-refundable service fee for all cancellations.)
If we ever need to reschedule a class for any reason, we will notify you at least 4 hours in advance. As a thank-you for your understanding, we’ll offer you a 15% discount to use toward a future class.During the winter months, we’ll be closely monitoring the weather, and if any changes are needed, we’ll do our best to inform you a day in advance or as soon as possible. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled date, no worries — you’ll receive a credit that can be applied to a future class.
